Location: Corner of EDSA and Quezon Avenue, fronting the Manila seedling bank.

Description: the 45-foot-high handcrafted brass monument was done by noted sculptor Ed Castrillo in figurative expressionist style. The towering structure depicts a symbolic interplay of 3 figures familiar to those who were around during the martial law years; the martyred hero, the Philippine flag and Inang Bayan.

How to get there?: From Taft Avenue to T.M. Kalaw Streets, hail a PUJ bound for "Fairview" and get off right in front of the memorial.
